Your Top-3 housing choices according to your needs and budget. We provide a housing program that offers a range of properties to fit different budgets, all conveniently located near your campus.
You can choose from up to 5 pricing categories, with most properties offering shared bedrooms and common living areas with fellow students. In some cases, private bedroom options are available, providing the privacy of your own room while still sharing the living space with roommates. Please note, none of the properties include private bathrooms.
Budget Property:
This may be an older apartment, typically smaller square footage with 1bathroom. Amenities generally include A/C, dishwasher, and on-site laundry facilities.
Basic Property:
A mix of amenities and square footage. Some older and some newer communities with varying amenities. Kitchens usually equipped with dishwashers; on-site laundry, A/C, & patio/balcony.
Moderate Property:
Typically, a better mix of amenities and square footage for the price. May be newer communities with a nice amenities package. Modern kitchens are usually equipped with dishwashers, on-site laundry, air conditioning, patios or balconies, & pool.
Premium Property:
Tend to be higher-end or newer properties with a complete amenities package and larger floor plans. Almost all units have modern kitchens equipped with dishwashers & some have built-in microwaves. On-site amenities include laundry facilities, air conditioning, larger closets, patios or balconies, pools, sports courts & more.
Premium Plus Property:
Tend to be a newer community with proximity to the school. Modern kitchens, central air, patio/balcony, swimming pool, & more.

CHS’s Shared Housing is our most popular option, especially for students who are new to the area or starting school on their own. You don’t need to worry about setting up utilities, buying furniture, or finding your own roommates. We’ve handled all of that for you.

At Collegiate Housing Services, placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis, which means we cannot guarantee availability at a specific apartment community. However, we can promise that every student is placed in safe, vetted housing near campus.
Due to fluctuating enrollment cycles at our school partners, available properties may change throughout the year. We adjust our housing placements based on demand to make sure every student has a secure and convenient place to live.

Shared student housing is provided in 2 bedroom apartments with 2-4 occupants and 3 bedroom apartments with 3-6 occupants, depending on availability. There are no private bathrooms.
