At Collegiate Housing Services, placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis, which means we cannot guarantee availability at a specific apartment community. However, we can promise that every student is placed in safe, vetted housing near campus.
Due to fluctuating enrollment cycles at our school partners, available properties may change throughout the year. We adjust our housing placements based on demand to make sure every student has a secure and convenient place to live.
